Using an eBay Store for Drop Shipping

Rather than selling good from their websites, many people will opt to selling through eBay.

eBay auctions are great, but the cream of the crop of eBay is their stores. If you have a good amount of product to sell, you should seriously consider opening an eBay Store. Longer listing times, lower listing costs and high visibility of just a few of the assets of having your own store. Much of the time, owning your own store will net you a greater payout than a regular listing. Most store owners use a combination of regular and fixed pricing. Also, the listing can be placed for 30 days or "Good `Til Cancelled," allowing you to keep a listing up as long as you want. Sold out of wanting to try something else? Just replace it with something else.

It gives customers a regular place to return to as they are able to bookmark the seller and/or the store itself. Once they purchase from you and see that they are going to not get scammed and are treated fairly, they will gladly return. They stores are built for cross-promotion within eBay and for optimum results with the major search engine, providing the foot traffic you need to make the sale.

All in all, an eBay store is there to increase traffic to your auctions and generate greater, ongoing revenue.
