I will be periodically posting articles, comments, resources and more to help anyone interested in starting their own e-Business and looking to get into drop shipping wholesale products from their own e-commerce web site and/or eBay.

This is not any sort of get-rich-quick scheme. Drop shipping is hard work and takes research, just like any other business. Anyone who tries to tell you that you can make loads of money immeadiately and with very little work has a bridge to sell you in the Mohave Desert! In other words, don't fall for it. The advantage of drop shipping is that starting your own drop ship business takes very little overhead or start-up costs. A business license, tax ID, your own web site and a solid, legitimate drop shipper is basically all you need to get started in the world of online sales.

The trick is finding that legitimate wholesale drop shipping company. There are many con-artists out there who claim to be wholesale drop shipping companies when, in reality, they are distributors themselves, who will buy the product lines from a real drop shipper, jack up the price and then resell it to you, for an inflated cost. First line of defense to remember: a legitimate drop shipper will NEVER charge you a start-up fee! If there is only one thing you remember today, remember this!
