I don't know if you've caught wind already, but YouTube has announced that they will begin a revenue sharing program with their users very soon. This is going to give rival, Revver some real competition, especially considering the vast size of YouTube. Being that YouTube founder Chad Hurley has hinted that the program is still a couple months away, he hasn't given a whole lot of details about it.
Some are speculating that there may be pre-roll ads inserted in the users videos. More than likely it will be a revenue sharing avenue along the same lines as Google's Adsense.
Details are still sketchy at this point, but any news of an additional stream of income from their videos is good news to users of YouTube and small business advertisers in general.
Here's to your success!
